Materials from this landmark X rated film are extremely scare and highly sought after by collectors. The most famous adult film in history. Deep Throat premiered in June of 1972 and brought hardcore into popular culture, earning at least twice as much (probably grossly underestimated) than any other porno film in history.
Our original movie poster is from the "World Premier" at the Rialto Theatre in Minnesota. Was this truly THE world premiere for this film? This is unknown. It is most likely one of a kind. It is a drawing of a woman and not a real photograph. It measures 22 by 28 inches. The wording on the poster reads "World Premier DEEP THROAT, Greatest film ever made, Now Playing at RIALTO THEATRE". It has a ink stamp on the lower right from the AFL-CIO in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is probably from the Union shop that printed the poster. Printed on thick poster board."
